Physician- Full Time

We are seeking a Physician to join our established Hospice practice while serving as a Primary Care Physician to our PACE Center in the area. Education and Experience for the Physician:

• Doctor of medicine or osteopathy required.

• Current Florida license required.

• 1 year Geriatric care experience required 

• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine required

• Geriatric experience preferred

• Valid Florida Driver’s license with current automobile insurance and reliable transportation

• Must clear level 2 background check 

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as Primary Care Physician to the PACE center

• Oversee care & treatment rendered by care teams at PACE

• Collaborate as part of an Interdisciplinary Team

• Carry out supervisory responsibilities

• Travel to Service Areas

• Location of Medical Training: American Medical Graduate (AMG), Foreign Medical Graduate (FMG)
• Medical Training Type: Allopathic (MD), Osteopathic (DO)
• Board Certification: Board Certified, Board Eligible
