Excellent opportunity to partner with a hospital system and a well-respected geriatrics group to care for patients over the age of 65. Dedicated clinics that offer comprehensive care to the geriatrics population. They handle complex geriatric patients with the help of certified geriatric pharmacists case managers registered nurses and a support staff specially trained in working with seniors. Due to continued growth and large patient population we are seeking to add additional physicians to our group.
Call is shared with the physicians in the practice.
Nursing home coverage is available.
Traditional office hours Monday through Friday.
