Expectations:
• Provide inpatient call coverage only: New patient consultations, Emergency Department Referrals, and round on existing inpatients
• Perform endoscopy procedures on inpatients, i.e., EGD's, Colonoscopies (ERCP is not required)
• Complete Hospital Billing to Professional Billing for those services rendered
• Prior to first start date, be scheduled and complete EPIC training for clinicians
• Number of inpatients varies between 8-10. You may see an average of 4 new inpatient consults a day.
• The number of procedures would average 4 in a 24 hour period.
• The number of "Call-Backs" to the hospital would be 1 to 3 in a 7 day period.
• The number of after hour outpatient telephone calls would 1 to 5 in a 7 day period.
Competitve Daily Rates+ Call Back Rate, in addition to paid travel, lodging and malpractice insurance.
