Single-Specialty Group Gastroenterology Job in Fargo, North Dakota
This gastroenterology opportunity in Fargo, North Dakota is offered as a Single-Specialty Group arrangement, one of several practice structures under which this position is available. In this model, you would join an established practice of physicians within your own specialty, working within existing clinical infrastructure, staffing, billing, and administrative support already in place. For this role, emergency department call follows a 1:4 rotation. The position may be structured under several financial arrangements, including an income guarantee, straight employment, an employment agreement with production bonus, or contract, with the financial offering listed as Open.
Candidates who are board certified or board eligible are considered, and both allopathic and osteopathic training backgrounds are accepted. PRACTICE
SPECIFICS - J1 CONSIDERED
• 2 full-time gastroenterologists plus 1 nurse
practitioner in a 100% consultative practice are seeking a 3rd full-time
gastroenterologist to join their efficient, well-run and friendly
work-environment; Expertise in EUS and ERCP is preferred, but not a
requirement
• 70% endoscopy and 30% office/hospital
• Admissions and discharges managed by the
hospitalist service
• 1:4 call weekday
• Advanced endoscopic practice including
motility, BRAVO pH testing, capsule endoscopy, and ERCP
• Olympus 190 scopes with CO2 are utilized in
addition to Provation and Epic software
• Relocation and benefit package, 4 weeks of
vacation and 10 days CME

• Essentia Health-Fargo is a multispecialty
hospital with 104 private patient rooms, including critical care, medical

and 10 operating room suites, which include both inpatient and day
surgery
