• Deliver discharge educ & follow-up instructions, coordinating with the next care setting for GI patients.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement activities & attend committee meetings as required by the facility's Chief of Service, Chief of Staff, or their designee.
• Complete necessary QM/PI documentation for procedures, complications, & outcomes, adhering to patient safety & infection control standards.
• Strive to prevent medication errors, falls, & patient injuries during care delivery.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned.
