Compensation for this role can be structured as an income guarantee, straight employment, or an employment agreement with a production bonus, with the financial offering listed as Open. Emergency department call is set at 1:6 or better, and the patient call rotation is also 1:6 or better.

The organization considers candidates who are Board Certified or Board Eligible, trained as MD or DO, and either American Medical Graduates or Foreign Medical Graduates.
