Family Practice position in Northeast North Dakota. Join a practice consisting of 2 physician's and a Nurse Practitioner. This is a traditional setting. You will do both inpatient and outpatient work. You are required to take call 1 time a week. Anything above that you will receive an additional $1000. Weekend call is not required but you will receive an additional $5000 per weekend you take call. You will see 15 patients per day. The inpatient census is 2-3. The hospital has 25 beds. The clinic has a lab CT scanner ultrasound echocardiogram and in house MRI. The payer mix is very good. Only 6 % of the patients are uninsured. The hospital has a lot of established physician's that have been there the entire career. The community is a rich farming community. The cost of living is very low and there is virtually no crime. The climate is cold winters and very pleasant summers. The salary starts at $200000 and can be negotiated higher plus they offer a ton of incentive bonuses.
