Family Medicine/Family Practice Physician needed to join physician owned group in Southern New Hampshire. If you are ready to practice medicine the way you dreamed you would or like you used to consider joining us.

• $205000 (DOE) base plus RVU and bonuses paid out regularly 
• Outpatient only
• Call by phone only 1:3 weekday 1:6 weekend
• Patient Centered Medical Home Model
• See 10-20 patients per day
• Relocation assistance - if applicable
• Sign on bonus
• 2 other physicians and Mid-levels in the practice
• Generous PTO
