Solo / Independent Practice Family Practice (w/o OB) Job in Miles City, Montana
This Family Practice (w/o OB) position in Miles City, Montana is offered as a solo/independent practice arrangement, one of several practice options listed for this role. In this structure, you would own and run your own practice rather than being an employee — billing under your own name, building your own patient panel, and directing your own staffing, scheduling, and practice style. In exchange for greater autonomy and the financial upside of ownership, you also take on the administrative and business responsibilities that come with running the practice.
Financially, this opportunity includes an income guarantee to support your start-up, with the overall financial offering listed at the national average tier. Additional support includes relocation assistance, a signing bonus, a training stipend, and loan assistance.
Coverage expectations include a patient call rotation of 1:4 shared within the practice, with no emergency department call required. Candidates may be board certified or board eligible, MD or DO trained, AMG or FMG, and range from those currently in training through very experienced physicians; US citizens and green card holders are eligible to apply.

Must-haves to be considered:
