This is a well-established multispecialty group practice of 70 + providers.  There is a very competant group of hospitalists that manage the inpatient side.  Clinic call is 1:7.  Very collegial group culture and supportive administration. 

Hospital offers potential for student loan repayment of up to 150K over a 7 year period.
