Practice Details

Family Practice physician needed to join 5 person primary care group in Fort Wayne Indiana. This is a hospital employed position. You have the option to do all outpatient work or can do a mix of inpatient and outpatient work. The group uses written charting. You will work a 9 to 5 schedule. The phone call is 1 in 6.
