Practice Details

This is a new solo practice outpatient opening for a Family Medicine physician in the Tucson Arizona area. You have a chance to be part of a rapidly growing primary care group which has offices throughout Tucson Marana and Oro Valley. The group is opening a clinic in conjunction with a local school. The incoming physician will work autonomously in an outpatient setting seeing patients from the community and school as well. Work Monday through Friday from 8-5 with phone call only of 1:15 or less. There is no inpatient work and physician sees 15-20 patients per day. This is a salary position with a first year guarantee of $165000 and there are incentive bonuses as well including $50 per patient seen over the required amount of 18a day. The group covers the malpractice as well as $5000 for relocation. Full benefits include health-dental-vision-24 days of PTO-3 days and $1500 for CME-The group has recently upgraded the physicians’ benefits and there is loan repayment qualification available.
