We are seeking a Family Practitioner or Internal Medicine Physician to join a federally qualified health center on a permanent, full-time capacity. Job Description: The Family Practitioner or Internal Medicine Physician at is a professional caregiver who assumes responsibility and accountability for the assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care of patients. The physician will apply his/her educational background and experience, along with assistance from other health team members, to provide care to approximately 15 to 20 patients daily. The physician will maintain a patient centered approach through the utilization of the modern electronic health record system and highly efficient medical support and patient services staff. The physician will provide patient care in only an outpatient setting and is not required to complete rounds within a hospital setting.
