1. Contract Title: Board Certified Family Practice Physician
2. Background: To provide medical care at Keesler AFB, MS. Coverage will consist of one (1) full-time equivalent employee (FTE). Contract physician is expected to work Monday through Friday. The contract employee shall work an 8-hour shift per day from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Physician must be board certified in Family Practice with a minimum of 7 years of experience within the specialty, excluding fellow and residency time. The physician must have practiced at least 48 months of the last 60 months.
SERVICES: The contractor personnel shall provide outpatient services for 20 patients per day.
