Join our Family Medicine team as part of the Medical Group, a multi-specialty group of primary and specialty care providers affiliated with this  Hospital.
 Busy general medicine practice joining three physicians and four advanced practice providers.
 Office is currently open Monday-Friday with flexible patient hours 8-5pm. Extended hours evenings or weekends are available. Flexible scheduling allows you to meet the demands of the office as well as your family needs.
 Currently a traditional office practice. Alternative practice models will be considered.

 Patient service areas renovated in 2006 include the rehabilitation facilities, with a therapy pool and camera system that allows therapists to monitor and film patient’s progress, as well as laboratory and radiology areas with the addition of an open bore MRI and 64 slice CT scanner.
