Provider’s Role with the Company:

·                     Full-time role 5 days a week (Option for 1 day remote for admin day)

·                     Provides primary care and preventative services within an outpatient setting

·                     Acts as a member of a clinical team working collaboratively with collegial staff

·                     20 patients seen daily

·                     No weekends or evenings

Background Profile:

·                     Family Medicine Physician / MD

·                     Can obtain License and Board Certification in the state of Massachusetts

·                     All MD/DO domestic/International candidates considered, J1 and H1B Sponsorship offered
