NEEDED: Permanent Employment for an Outpatient Family Medicine Physician for 40hr work week clinic coverage in Northern Indiana. I wanted to check in with you about any upcoming interests/availability for "bread and butter" outpatient Primary Care Physician coverage openings? There is a wonderful, private facility I'm working with in Northern Indiana who is searching for a Family Medicine Physician for Monday through Friday, 40hr work weeks. Since Indiana has such a quick licensure process, we are able to license someone for this position who may be interested in considering it. We can get someone an Indiana license in just a few weeks! HIGHLIGHTS: We can quickly license someone in Indiana for this position! FACILITY LOCATION: Northern Indiana -Within about 1 hour of the popular Chicago as well as South Bend metropolitan areas. PRACTICE DETAILS: All Ages, Private Clinic open Monday through Friday 8am-5:30pm. -15>20 patients per day. -4 exam rooms, 3 medical assistants and 1 nurse practitioner on staff. -Paper Charting.
