• A very diverse, high quality, and extremely friendly medical staff that is very supportive of the Emergency Department and care about physician success. • Currently the only rural health system to work within a new model to improve patient care and reduce cost, the ACO Model. • Are a level 3 trauma center, you can expect to see roughly 60 patients a day with assistance from a midlevel. • Full Time- 14 shifts per month • Competitive Pay with RVU structure • In process of building a brand new state of the art Emergency Department. • If leadership is an aspiration, we are offering a physician the ability to work as Medical Director, on top of the current responsibilities of a full time provider. This allows for extra compensation
