Emergency Medicine Physician

Our client is currently looking for locums Emergency Medicine Physician to join their facility in Metro Phoenix.

Requirements:

• BC/BE EM
• Able to go to Tempe and Mesa sites as needed
• Minimum 5 shifts per month

Practice Details:

• Shift Times:
  • Physician: 10-hour shifts; 7a-5p, 2p-12a, 9p-7a
  • APP: 8 to 10-hour shifts (have fast track)
• Shift Coverage: Varies
• Patient Age Range: Varies
• Airway equipments used: Glidescope, bougie, difficult airway bag
• ED does not accept burn patients (shipped in Maricopa)
• ED accepts neurosurgery patients
• Psych holds in ED 
• There is bedside ultrasound access (Zonare)
• There is a designated trauma tea
• Specialty backup: Cardiology, Interventional, GI, neurology, ortho (sub plastic/hand), neurology, general surgery, psychiatry, OB, cardiothoracic, neurosurgery, podiatry, open heart

• Location of Medical Training: American Medical Graduate (AMG), Foreign Medical Graduate (FMG)
• Medical Training Type: Allopathic (MD), Osteopathic (DO)
• Board Certification: Board Certified, Board Eligible
• Work Status Requirements: US Citizen, Green Card
