Dentist - Schedule & Benefits
Hours of operation: 8-hour shifts with an hour for lunch Wednesday - Friday
Flexible schedule and will work around providers availability
Must be willing to work 1 Saturday a month

Average take home salary: 250K – 300K w/ productivity incentive model and a guaranteed base
Compensation: 30-32% of Production, No Lab Fees Withheld Except Invisalign, with Minimum Bi-Weekly Guarantee

Dentist - Responsibilities
Diagnose and provide appropriate dental treatment to patients, including regular cleanings, root canals, surgical extractions, implants, and cosmetic dentistry
Educate patients and parents of patients on maintaining proper oral health
Communicate with dental staff on our team regarding patient treatment plans
Prescribe medications as necessary
Carefully document all medications, diagnoses, treatments, and consultations
Supervise the work of professional, technical and administrative staff
Access to a steady stream of new PPO and FFS patients, not an AHCCCS provider.
Dentist - Skills
DDS, DMD or DD required
Current license to practice dentistry in AZ or in process
Dedicated to ensuring the highest quality of care to patients
