-15 bed ICU and 15 bed step down

-Closed ICU

-2 Intensivists on during the day and 1 at night 

-12 hour shifts

-15 shifts per month (days and nights)

-Nocturnist only option: 12 shifts per month w/ 10% higher pay

-Candidates should be BC/BE in Critical Care
