-7-day on 7-day off schedule
-12 bed ICU 
-Consult for 12-bed Neuro-Trauma/Surgical ICU
-Avg census of 8 patients
-Evening call
-Compensation involves a daily stipend + billing
-Guaranteed base salary of $400000
