Regional Healthcare System in eastern TN. Is recruiting a general cardiologist on behalf of a very busy private practice cardiology group. Practice has 4 interventional cardiologists and 2 invasive cardiologists that serve Oak Ridge, Knoxville. Jellico and Harriman. The medical center has CT surgery on site and a busy interventional program which include complex PCI. Impella support and peripheral interventions. In addition, the cardiologists implant devices, including permanent pacemakers, defibrillators, and CRT-D. Call coverage is at 1 hospital. In-house testing stress lab, echo and vascular studies, Industry sponsored research studies and highly robust referral network. The hospital offers 30 specialty services ranging from cardiology and orthopedics to oncology and wound care.
