About This Solo / Independent Practice Opportunity

This invasive cardiology opportunity in Hemet, California, is offered as a solo / independent practice arrangement. In this model, you own and run your own practice rather than being employed: you bill under your own name, build your own patient panel, and control staffing, scheduling, and practice style. The recruiting organization typically supports the start-up phase through an income guarantee, while you carry the responsibilities — and the upside — of practice ownership.

This permanent role is based in a community of 100,000–499,999 and carries no emergency department call. The financial offering for this listing is noted as open. Beyond the solo/independent option, this position is also offered under several other structures, including single-specialty group, multi-specialty group, hospital/clinic/MSO employment, community health center/FQHC, and contract arrangements, so you can evaluate which model fits your goals.

The role is open to board-certified and board-eligible physicians trained through allopathic or osteopathic pathways, including American and foreign medical graduates. Candidates across experience levels — from those currently in training to very experienced physicians — and multiple work-authorization statuses, including US citizens, green card holders, and H-1/J-1 visa holders, are considered.
