Our client, a regional teaching hospital located near Philadelphia, is seeking an interventional cardiologist. The individual will join the hospital-based multi-specialty group with over 100 physicians including over 25 primary care doctors. The hospital is brand new so has the latest equipment. There are about 25 non-invasive cardiologists in the surrounding towns. Currently, PCI's are being referred to a University center over 30 minutes away. These can easily be sent to the new Cardiologist. This is a new search so we are still gathering information. The area is located about 45 minutes from the Jersey shore and less than that to Philadelphia.

I can tell you that the compensation consists of a base salary and both quality and productivity bonuses. There could also be a signing bonus.
