Healthcare leader in eastern NC is seeking an experienced BC Anesthesiologist to join surgical services team. The successful candidate will work as an independent contractor. Hospital privileges at 100 bed community hospital. This is a 1099 position. Inpatient and outpatient clinical responsibilities with shared call. Supervision of experienced CRNA’s. Work schedule of 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off, including nights/weekends. 180 surgical cases per month that include General Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, and OB/GYN cases. Procedures will include general anesthesia, blocks, and labor epidurals. Malpractice coverage provided including tail coverage. Short commute from Greenville, NC and the Tidewater, VA area.
