Recovery Centers of America at Waldorf is a neighborhood-based addiction treatment center that offers patients a place to detoxify from drugs or alcohol in a safe, comfortable, residential center to get them started on the road to lifelong recovery.
Position Overview: The psychiatrist will prescribe medication in addition to counseling patients. A psychiatrist at an RCA facility has advanced training in addiction and substance psychiatry and they treat the patient addressing the underlying issues of addiction through individual therapy, group therapy, and other approved psychiatric methods.
