Permanent Family Practice: Outpatient Only Job in West Virginia

Health System formed in 2007, after forging a partnership based on the strength of two established hospitals—Thomas Memorial and Saint Francis. Bringing the two hospitals under the umbrella of the Health system allows us to bring innovative and cost-effective health care to the Kanawha Valley. With combined years of service, The Health system brings nearly 170 years of service to our region. The hospital is a 383-bed hospital system with 1,812 employees and an estimated 450 physicians, making it the 17th largest private employer in the West Virginia.

Looking to fill employed provider positions with The Physician Partners (TPP), a multi-specialty physician group made up of over 75 providers.

• Outpatient clinic setting
  • Multiple location opportunities
• Total incentives cannot exceed 75% MGMA
  • $225,000 base salary, guaranteed for 2 years
    • $253,444 guarantee year one
      • Inclusive of sign on bonus & guarantee bonus
• Monday – Friday schedule, with 4-day work week option
  • Expected clinic volume of 20-25 patients per day
  • 1/4 or 1/5 call schedule
• Greenway EHR, but changing to Meditech Ambulatory in Fall 2020

• Physician must be Board Certified/Board Eligible
• Production incentives
