*Employed structure

*Internal Medicine - Outpatient Only

*Some Geriatrics

*Be busy day one / Defined need

*Join two other employed internists in MSG

*Work in large MOB with many providers

*Have three exam rooms

*Have MA daily as well as mid-level to assist

*Average one CALL per week by phone

*Base salary of $200K

*Receive $50K per year for student debt (tax free)

*Use NEXTGEN EMR in clinic / Have courtesy hospital privileges to access EPIC EMR with hospital
