Permanent Radiology: Diagnostic - Invasive Job in New Jersey

Private practice of 11 is actively recruiting for 2020. The group provides services to several community hospitals and imaging centers along the Atlantic coast. Physicians average daily volume is 11,000 RVU’s per month. Nighthawk is in place from 11pm – 7am. Work in a 200 bed community hospital - 7:45 am – 5pm Monday through Friday with one weekend a month on site from 8am to noon or 8am to 3pm depending on which hospital you’re scheduled for. Partnership option (after 3rd year) requires 1-2 weekend days a month where you will go into the hospital until noon and then teleradiology from home until 11pm. All Rads must read proficiently general diagnostic studies including Xray, US, CT, MR, NM, DEXA, Fluoro and strongly preferred Mammo.
IR/DX rad willing to do 40-60% (community hospital) IR with balance in above general diagnostic studies. IR call is shared with 3 other IRs and is 7 nights per month. When on call you will do both IR and DX call. If you are called in to do a procedure there is a DX rad as back up. Will consider 2020 IR fellows as well as those available sooner.
Neurorad – willing to do 40-60% Neuro and balance in general including Mammo.
General Rad – full service Rad proficient in all modalities including mammo. Ideally someone that can start sooner than next summer but will consider all qualified.
Receive 375k salary first year with increases in years 2 & 3. Benefits include 7 weeks vacation, full benefits including health, prescription, vision, dental, life, ADD, 3k CME, occurrence malpractice insurance and 401k/profit sharing with contributions. Live on New Jersey’s southern shore.
