Our company, Encore Telemedicine, will provide you with a HIPAA-compliant platform which will connect you with the sleep data. You will review the data and decide what is best for the patient. We are looking for physicians who will review the files, and make a clinical decision based upon the patient's symptoms.

The very user-friendly EHR walks you through the consult to complete it easily. Compensation is on a per consult basis and we cover malpractice. The compensation is $20 per data read which averages about 3-5 mins. The sleep data will be compiled already in a one page document; however, you will also have access to the raw data. 

Our clients will work with you on your availability or you may be able to work full-time. You set your own schedule and review files when you are available. We handle licensing and credentialing and carry malpractice.

Workflow

1) An originating physician would perform the initial consult, and order the home sleep test if they feel a home sleep test is appropriate.

2) Once the sleep test is completed and sent back it is compiled by the client into one page document. You will review the document and make a suggestion based on the findings. You will also have access to the raw data through the G3 software. The client who specializes in sleep medicine has said this process should take around 3-5 minutes. The compensation is $20 per read. 

3) Once this is signed off on by the you, the originating physician will receive a follow up order and all that needs to be completed is a sign off on ordering the sleep appliance.
