Dentist - Schedule & Benefits


  • Hours of operation: 8-hour shifts with an hour for lunch Wednesday - Friday

  • Flexible schedule and will work around providers availability

  • Must be willing to work 1 Saturday a month

  • Independent work culture

  • Average take home salary: 250K – 300K w/ productivity incentive model and a guaranteed base

  • Compensation: 30-32% of Production, No Lab Fees Withheld Except Invisalign, with Minimum Bi-Weekly Guarantee

  • Payment on Production, not Collections. Leave the collections to us, just focus on our personal production and quality.


Dentist - Responsibilities


  • Diagnose and provide appropriate dental treatment to patients, including regular cleanings, root canals, surgical extractions, implants, and cosmetic dentistry

  • Educate patients and parents of patients on maintaining proper oral health

  • Communicate with dental staff on our team regarding patient treatment plans

  • Prescribe medications as necessary

  • Carefully document all medications, diagnoses, treatments, and consultations

  • Supervise the work of professional, technical and administrative staff

  • Access to a steady stream of new PPO and FFS patients, not an AHCCCS provider.


Dentist - Skills


  • DDS, DMD or DD required

  • Current license to practice dentistry in AZ or in process

  • Dedicated to ensuring the highest quality of care to patients

  • Excellent communication skills
