Reason for Coverage Need: Vacation Coverage to relieve PERM doctor that has been working the unit by himself
Start Date: November 24th and Sunday 25th as well as take call from 5:00pm Friday night the 23rd & December 21st to start call at 5:00pm and see patients the 22nd, 23rd, 24th, 25th and 26th
Length Of Assignment: specific dates noted
Minimum Length Accepted: prefer 1 provider
Schedule: provider will take call each day scheduled - the call is purely telephonic as there is a NP on-site to field all 1st calls, if absolutely necessary, our provider will be contacted after-hours
Patient Volume: expected to be around 10-12 ppd over the Holidays *maybe less
Patient Age Range: Adults ONLY
Responsibilities: rounding; treating & seeing Adults on the inpatient unit then taking call for the remainder of the day
Inpatient/Outpatient: Inpatient
Call Requirements: Call each evening & over weekend & Holiday
Support Staff: Support Staff; Nurses; APN
Certifications Required: Board Certified
Charting/Dictation: TBD
