Locum Tenens Gastroenterology Job in Kentucky

This need has come up due to Physician vacancy. This is 100% inpatient and the average patients per day can vary between 5-10. Typically can be done with all rounding and inpatient work within 3-4 hours per day. The physician Will take ED call and do any inpatient procedures/rounding necessary. Average call ins from hospital for urgent procedures is 1-2x per week on call.
• Type of procedures needed - General, Prefers ERCP and EUS preferred, but not required
• Schedule (8am-5pm M-F or different) - 7 Days; Monday-Sunday
• There are 2 NP's and 1 Physician on at all times
This city is located in the Northern region of Kentucky. There are a variety of events and festivals throughout the year that make this mid size town come alive and attract many people to the area in the summer and winter months. Parks to take the family to, Views are fantastic with the Ohio river being near by and plenty of hiking and biking trails to choose from.
