Great small lake community needing to replace provider that is retiring in December.
Have 2 part time M.D. and 3 NP's
You will be te full time Provider 4 1/2 days per week
Looking to fill with locums starting in December will look at permanent physicians as well
Excellent hospital owned clinic with NO CALL
