We need an Endo for 1 week a month (7 days) for the next 6 -12 months. There is a physician who is retiring and we need additional help in MN.

AVg patients per day 12
3 other physicians in the group
6 midlevels
Medical Assistants 5
reason for need is a doc is retiring
lab onsite
xray onsite
14 total exam rooms
does not need hospital privs so this could credential quick
no teaching responsibilities
