Permanent or Locum Tenens hospitalist position in East Central Mississippi. You can work 7 on 7 off schedule or a hybrid model. You will have to do vent management and central lines. The salary is $200k per year of day time schedule and $240k per year for the night schedule. They offer 25k for quality bonuses: measures outcomes ER within 30 minutes medical records core measures such as satisfaction verbal telephone orders etc. The CCU has 18 beds and has a census of 15 and the TCU (swing bed) has 23 beds and an average of 12.
