Job Description:

Full-time locum opportunity available with a focus in Adult Medicine and possibility of locum-to-perm. The client sees a large number of patients with chronic disease such as diabetes and hypertension, substance abuse and its resultant health problems, high-risk pregnancies, inadequately immunized children and others with acute and episodic conditions and infections. Thirty-five percent of the client's patients suffer social or behavioral problems that require professional intervention.

Qualifications:

Board Eligible or Board Certified in one of the following: Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, or Emergency Medicine. Valid Hawaii MD or DO license.
