Internal Medicine Physician

Our client in Northeast Utah is currently seeking a permanent Urologist for a private practice opportunity with an income guarantee or it could be a salaried employed hospital position.

Requirements:

• MD or DO degree
• B/E or B/C. Practicing candidates as well as 2014 residents and fellows.
• Could also consider an experienced FP who has deep experience in the ICU and adult medicine.

Practice Details:

• This is an outpatient position but with no call.
• Will see about 20 -25 patients a day, or more if they want to.
• The facility will support the candidate for practice management.
• Office right on hospital campus.
• PPO: 26%, Medicare: 23%, Blue Cross: 21%, Medicaid: 9%, Self Pay: 9%, Commercial: 5%, Workers Comp: 4%, HMO: 3%

Recruitment package includes:

• Income potential of $380K a year.
• Signing bonus of about $25.
• Bonuses based on RVU.
• Relocation paid.
• Paid malpractice.
