Our client in the Fort Smith Metro Area is currently searching for locums Interventional Cardiologist to cover STEMI calls for about 15 days total from the months of April through June.
Requirements:
- M.D. degree
- Must be Board Certified
- Fellowship required
Practice Details:
- Practice Setting: Both inpatient and outpatient
- Coverage Type: Call Only
- Call Type: In-House
- Call Response Time Required: 30 minutes
- Locums call is for both assigned and unassigned patients
- Average Call Numbers per 24 Hours
- Phone Consults: 5-10
- Patients Seen: 12-20
- Admissions: Consult Only
- Hours/Shifts: Monday – Sunday, 7:00 a.m.-7:00 a.m.
- Rounding: Both assigned and unassigned patients
- Patients per Shift: 10-20
- Procedures:
- Cutting Balloon Atherectomy
- Cardiac and Diagnostic Cardiac Catheter
- Moderate Sedation
- TTE Interpretation
- Stent: Coronary
- Trans Esophageal Echocardiography (TEE)
- Cardiac Catheterization
- Cardioversion
- Provider will not be required to supervise other healthcare providers
- Vendor can license a provider for this assignment
