Emergency Medicine Physician

Our client in South-Central Virginia is currently looking for locums Emergency Medicine Physician to help their facility.

Requirements:

• BE/BE EM or BC  IM/FP with ED Experience
• ACLS
• Minimum of 8 shifts per month

Practice Details:

• Shift Coverage: Single
• Shift Times:
  • Physician: 7a-7p & 7p-7a
  • APP: 10a-10p and 1p-1a
• Patient Age Range: Varies
• ED is responsible for admissions
• Hospitalists respond to most codes, but ED docs do run codes a few nights per week from 12a-7a depending on the hospitalist schedule
• No scribes
• Sub specialties: ENT, Ortho, Peds, Nephrology, Gastroenterology, Urology, Opthamology, Radiology, OB-GYN, Surgery and Cardiology
