GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
The heart of Silicon Valley seeks an Orthopedic Surgeon to join well established solo specialty group. The group has 4 offices in the Silicon Valley. The y are recruiting for the Los Gatos office serving El Camino Hospital Los Gatos. Call will be approximately 3 nights per month with some weekends rotating in. The group has PA's that work with each physician.   The total joint replacement program will be the main component of the orthopedic physician’s work and the use of the anterior hip placement approach is preferred.   The first year shall offer a $325,000 guarantee, 2nd year and beyond production model, a $10,000 relocation bonus and possible a sign on bonus. The group is actively engaged in Co-Management Programs in the area. Google co-management and healthcare providers for information. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Preferred:  Anterior Approach for hips. Other types of surgery will be total joints and some sports medicine will be expected as well.

Co-managment participation 

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB
Education: Board Eligible with exam scheduled. Board Certified. USA residency or green cared, International Medical School OK 
Close friends or family ties to the San Francisco Bay area. Leadership training or experience is a major plus.
