Overview of opportunity: Maintain continuity of care- See patients in the hospital, clinic and skilled nursing facility (SNF) Balanced life- Work Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5pm Manageable patient load- see on average 15 patients per day Ability to grow with the company into leadership positions Employed- Competitive salary based on experience plus quarterly bonuses, full benefits (medical, dental, vision), long-term stock incentive, CME reimbursement, malpractice insurance, 401(K) matching, and much more!
