Family Practice Physician

Our client is currently searching for locums Family Practice Physician to join their Northeast Arizona facility as soon as possible.

Requirements:

• DEA required
• ACLS/BLS required
• Any US license

Practice Details:

• Outpatient services
• Monday – Friday, 8-4:30. 40 hours per week.
