25-bed hospital                                                     

Single physician coverage, no mid-level assistance                                                                         

Some visiting specialties are available, 24/7 ED coverage                                                               

Patients: Average 10 or less                                

Procedures: Being comfortable with procedures is preferred but minimal procedures are performed; critically ill patients are transferred

Start date 4/1
