The need:

Board Certified/Board Eligible Psychiatrist to cover inpatient mental health unit 

18 adult beds

5 adolescent beds

Approximately 3-5 admissions per day

Average length of stay is 4-5 days, with a large geriatric population

Rotating call (1:3 when all vacancies filled)
