REQUIREMENTS:

1. Must maintain active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

2. Must maintain active American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.

3. A Current Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) registration certification.
