Permanent Pediatrics: General Job in California

Hospital is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Pediatrician to join a busy multi-specialty clinic. New and practicing physicians are encouraged to apply. Ideal candidate will have a California medical license. All candidates must be US Board Eligible with Certification preferred. This is predominately an outpatient practice with a low volume 1:2 Level I Nursery call rotation required along with occasional delivery/C-section coverage. Opportunity is for full employment with an attractive recruitment package available. 

Compensation package includes: salary guarantee (based on FMV guidelines) relocation package full health/dental/vision benefits package 401k deferred compensation plan CME allowance malpractice/tail insurance coverage. Income is based on productivity (wRVU model) after guarantee period. Extremely flexible model - physicians determine their own work load and schedule; income is commiserate to production

Barstow Newly constructed 30-bed facility with a 16-bed Emergency Dept. offering the latest in medical surgical ICU and obstetric care for the over 30000 residents of Barstow California.
