Large Health System in Grand Forks ND is currently seeking a Long Term Care Physician to join its growing practice. 

Practice Specifics: 

• Provide geriatric care to transitional care patients long term care patients and assisted living residents in an ambulatory setting.      
• Established but growing practice with unlimited opportunities to provide care to a variety of geriatric patients.
• BC/BE in either Internal Medicine or Family Medicine with a preference to additional geriatric fellowship training.
