An award-winning health system is searching for a Division Chief of General OB / GYN to join Medical Center’s Division of Obstetrics and Gynecology in Western MA.

 This opportunity features:

1. Opportunity to work in an academic environment utilizing advanced models for care

2.  Leadership of the division including:  program development academics and research practice management quality safety and patient satisfaction and human resource management.

3.  Work collaboratively with the Chief of MFM the Chief of Midwifery and the Director of Obstetrics in an established OB/GYN Department.

4.  Leadership of a growing service line with integration opportunities throughout Western MA region.

Ideal candidates should have leadership experience in an academic setting minimum 5 years post training currently at the associate professor level or higher and a dedication to collaboration and patient centered care.
